dry-type transformer

The SCB series dry-type transformer is mainly composed of an iron core made of silicon steel sheets and coils cast with epoxy resin. Insulation cylinders are placed between the high and low voltage coils to increase electrical insulation, and the coils are supported and constrained by pads. Suitable for 50Hz or 60Hz power systems, its voltage level is generally within the range of 6-35KV, and the maximum capacity can reach 31.5MVA or 40MVA.

1High voltage windings are made of copper wire, while low voltage windings are made of copper wire or copper platinum, with glass fiber filling and wrapping. They have high mechanical strength, low partial discharge, and high reliability.

2Flame retardant, explosion-proof, and non polluting to the environment. The insulation materials such as glass fiber used for winding coils have self extinguishing properties and will not generate arcs due to short circuits. Under high heat, the resin will not produce toxic or harmful gases.

3. The coil does not absorb moisture, and the iron core clamp has a special anti-corrosion protection layer, which can operate in 100% relative humidity and other harsh environments.

4. The resin layer on the inner and outer sides of the coil is thin and has good heat dissipation performance. The cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). During natural air cooling, transformers can operate continuously for a long time at their rated capacity. When forced air cooling is used, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%.
