The distribution automation terminal DTU is a distributed, multi CPU, and multifunctional networked measurement and control device. The device contains an Ethernet interface and uses standard TCP/P protocol. The device is equipped with a serial port based on terminal configuration software, which can conveniently and effectively monitor the operating status of the entire device. DTUs are generally installed in switch stations, ring main units, pole mounted switches, box type substations, and other locations. It can achieve measurement, communication, protection fault location, isolation and power supply recovery, distribution transformer monitoring data analysis, and operation and maintenance functions of the distribution network.
Main features and applications
1、Unified core public platform.
2、Diversified configuration of communication methods and protocols.
3、Flexible configuration of remote signaling, remote control, and telemetry.
4. The distribution terminal has complete communication functions, high information security, and supports bidirectional authentication based on hardware encryption asymmetric key technology. It can identify the digital signature of the main station, effectively resist various network attacks, and improve the security of the power grid;
5、Convenient maintenance function.
